A few simple ground rules.

Acceptable use

Do not use Go for phishing, malware, fraud, harassment, spam, or unlawful content. You are responsible for the destinations you share. Do not attempt to bypass safeguards or access another person’s data.

Your links

Guest links expire automatically. Account holders can edit destinations, set access conditions and disable or delete their links. Changing a short name invalidates the old URL and its QR codes. A successful redirect consumes one click, including likely automated visits.

Moderation and availability

Suspicious links may be blocked and abusive accounts suspended. A shortened link is not an endorsement of its destination. Availability is not guaranteed; retain your original URLs. Use the report form to flag abuse.

Deployment details

The deployment operator must provide their legal identity, contact information and any jurisdiction-specific terms before offering this service publicly.
